After remixing half the releases we've put out recently we felt it was time that Chris Coles & Latex Zebra pulled their fingers out and dropped an original for us. Always up for the challenge, they dropped three!
This is their first ever multi track solo EP and all three of these would be worthy of solo releases. You have been spoilt!

The lead track is Never Saw It Coming... Well, who could have saw this 145BPM Acid Techno monster coming? With a late 90's vibe about it with modern production this is the definition of a face melter and a welcome return to the faster BPM of Techno.

De Nada is Twisted, Hypnotic, Driving Techno that still clocks in at a fair old pace.

The Dark Sky takes the BPMs down again but delivers a Bass Heavy, Rolling Groove that has energy levels to spare.

An EP that will satiate those that like their Techno; Hard, Fast and/or Driving!

Chris Coles and Latex Zebra have been busy working on their Progressive alias and new label... BUT, they've not forgotten their Techno roots.
Having recently remixed DKLUB's bomb release for us they are back with their first original techno track in over a year. It was worth the wait.

Holding On is a driving track that ignores their usually signature acid sound and just hits hard with fierce drum work, insane synths and a mind bending vocal loop.

Hamaton3 has never remixed these guys before so that needed to change. His remix has his signature hypnotic yet banging style that is pushing all the right buttons everywhere!

The final remix is from Michael Wells a.k.a. G.T.O. A producer with such a background we couldn't even begin to do it justice in a couple of sentences. We all know what he can do and he has delivered a class remix that packs a real jacking punch!

This is a place for crazy people!

DKLUB already had a strong reputation as a DJ before dipping his toe in the production pond. In a short time he has already shown that making music was something he was made to do.
With an outstanding remix for us already on the label it was time for an original track. He has delivered Absence Of Light.

The original has a party techno vibe with a rolling arp and hypnotic vocal samples and stabs. As it grows it delivers a sublime top line that adds more energy to an already driving tune.

On the remix he asked in house duo Chris Coles & Latex Zebra to do a remix. Going back to their hard techno sound they have delivered an acid monster!

Also on the remix we're pleased to welcome NEM3SI$ to the Keep On Techno fold with an awesome remix that rolls along with a melodic drop and tons of energy.

Chris Coles & Latex Zebra (yes, them again) have taken the BPMs up and given it a slightly darker edge with their remix.

The second track is Acid Illusion, last with pounding beats and bass and Acid to melt your brain.
Coutts makes a welcome return to the label and has taken BPMs down a little yet still drives hard.

An absolutely amazing set of tracks here. Everyone has outdone themselves.

First up we have Chris Coles & Latex Zebra with their take on the massive Body Language. They've delivered an impressive take on this with the vocal samples looped hypnotically. Keeping the key elements of the original they have added their own cheeky Acid line that adds an extra twist to this remix.

Hels.Yeah is first up on Arranged By Humans and, as is his way, as taken the BPMs to head messing speeds and used elements of original to give us dark stabs that provide movement among the mayhem! An absolute must this for those that like their Techno fast and furious.

B.S.E and Latex Zebra have been friends forever, well... Quiet a long time. It probably seems like forever. They promoted (with other friends) the legendary Zoology party, started the Vinyl Zoo label and have played together lots. In all this time they have only ever made one tune together, and it wasn't Techno.
So, here is a tune decades in the making. B.S.E & Latex Zebra presents... So What Is It.

Well ,what it is... is dark and dirty Techno with everything you'd expect from these two. Cheeky call and response synths combine with brutal acid and driving beats that just gets harder and harder as it goes.
Great stuff guys, maybe not take another twenty years to do something else together again!

For the first remix, well it had to be Chris Coles. You rarely see his name without Latex Zebra next to it so he was a must for a remix. He has given us a monster that retains the call and response hook from the original and layered it over excellent percussion that is a serious Techno Groove!

Hamaton3 was introduced to the label by B.S.E so it was only fitting he be asked to deliver a remix. He has delivered a seriously original take on the remix that strips back the acid but adding a really trippy Techno vibe to this with some awesome breaks.

Hels.Yeah Remix EP

We're down the to the last three on the Legacy series and up next is Hels.Yeah. Hels.Yeah has delivered our biggest hit of the year with We Are The Underground but for this remix EP we focus on his first three tracks for us which also did amazingly well for us last year.

Up first with his first remix for the Legacy series is Rich Campbell. He has delivered a stunning take on Mad As Hell. Powerful Bass and Acid combine to drive this tune and your dancefloor insane. Rich is hugely in demand now and this remix cements his reputation as one of the most consistent Techno producers around!

Next up is Chris Coles & Latex Zebra who have taken on Smash, Squeak, Beep. Doing something a little different for a change they have dropped the Acid and instead given us a driving Techno beast with a tribal feel on the drums and bags of energy in the BPMs.

Finally, it is B.S.E who has taken on With Menaces. His "Car Park Remix" is twisted and dirty and needs to be heard in a dark underground environment. With his signature twisted acid he has taken the leads from the original and turned this into a pure Techno monster. One for the purists here!

For the third and final Showcase release of the year we continue to bring some label heavyweights doing their thing!

First up is the always reliable Andy BSK with Mystery In Space. A driving, yet trippy number with plenty of melodics and still packing a punch.

Chris Coles & Latex Zebra go BPM and acid crazy with Follow This. Relentless Acid complimented by ravey old skool stabs. 

Last up is Rich Campbell who gives a slower track Tranquillity, with some lush pads and stabs backed up with some pounding acid.

As well as the focus on our existing stable of producers this year, we've looked at reaching out to artists who have impressed us with their work for other labels. Acid Clubbers is one such artist.
Hailing from Italy he has a very distinct style that we're a huge fan on and we knew it would be something that would suit the label well. Previously he has released on labels like Alienator, Pure Dope Digital and Autektone among many others.

We present Acid Clubbers - Discover

The original mix is pure driving techno with a thick bass and insistent acid stabs punctuated with a vocal sample and laden with FX and a light melodic touch. Arranged perfectly with a superb dark acid drop. This tune really is rather excellent.

On the remixes we have Chris Coles & Latex Zebra who have taken things up a notch BPM wise whilst adding a fearsome bassline. Rather special this one.

Up next is another newcomer to the label. Maltese Techno producer Owen Offset. He has his own release coming soon so we'll give you more history on him then. He has ramped the BPM up even higher and delivered an Acid Techno monster that morphs and grows as it progresses. Amazing stuff.
