He starts off strong with the title track, Natural Mechanism; a dark, rolling track that features heavy kicks and eerie-like samplers that progress this track vibrantly. He follows this up with his equally heavy Papelito. This brilliant follow-up lightens up the darkened mood of Natural Mechanism but provides rusted look into a more airy concept. Both tracks engrave the essence of what it means to be truly Techno.

Of course, such a release could never truly go without an equally based remix. Stepping the progression up, brightening the mood and adding just that right amount of drive, Vince proudly displays his “Spring Remix” as the perfect follow up. Label boss Jon Salem captures the primordial essence of what it means to be Tech House with his latest EP, De La Morra. In a striking way, this simplistic yet effective EP manages to do exactly the job it’s intending. Starting off with title track, De La Morra is a low driven high-set bouncer. It features a main drive through a series of synths, stabs and dancing hats. This is quickly followed up by Rithma, the ying to De La Morra’s yang. Rithma takes the off-beat path, featuring a jumpy bass melody that is lead by hard hats and delayed stabs. Each track fits within its own right to and against each other; essential to have for the bounciest of sets.

It’s no surprise to anyone who is familiar with the name Hady Basha to immediately reference terms like “sinful”, “techno”, and “killer” in the same context. Now alongside with the up and coming Robbie Nietveld, these terms have become more evident than ever. A killer first single by the duo, Rocket Fish Brain is that right amount of deep and heavy techno yet stricken with only the right grooves to gracefully wash the dancefloor in reign. It would also seem sinful to try and make anything more of this track than it is, yet somehow an EP would not be complete without. Jon Salem figured out the only way to truly bring out a surprisingly bouncier side and perfect follow up for this release.
